Notice on Adjustments to Logistics Channels in the Middle East Region

Dear Customer,

Hello!

Due to the current security situation affecting the Middle East, certain logistics channels will undergo temporary adjustments. The specific arrangements are as follows; thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I. Shipments Not Yet Dispatched from Domestic Warehouses

Logistics channels destined for the Middle East will be temporarily suspended. You may choose to request a refund or wait until the situation stabilizes before rescheduling your shipment.

II. Shipments Already in Transit

1. Sea Freight: Due to the temporary closure of the Strait of Hormuz, vessels are unable to proceed as scheduled. Ships that have already arrived at port will be given priority for unloading; those still en route have reduced their speed, and further updates on subsequent arrangements will be provided separately.

2. Air Freight: As some airports in the Middle East have temporarily suspended flights, air cargo cannot be transshipped according to schedule. We are closely monitoring the situation and will prioritize dispatch and customs clearance once flights resume.

3. Given the ongoing uncertainties in the current situation, we recommend that you reasonably anticipate potential logistics delays. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
