1. “Bubble Wrap” Upgraded to a Free Benefit
When our packers detect significant empty space inside a package that could compromise shipping safety, we will now provide free foam padding or similar cushioning materials to secure your items and absorb shocks. Previously a paid service, this benefit is now offered at no charge to all users, helping better protect your purchases.
2. “Standard Inspection” Service—Free Period Ends
The free period for the “Standard Inspection” service has come to an end. Originally priced at 600 JPY, this service will now be available at a limited-time 50% discount for just 300 JPY. We will continue to verify item quantities and appearance, provide product photos, and assist with after-sales issues.
3. “Detailed Photography” Service Discontinued
The “Detailed Photography” option will no longer be available. You can still obtain product images through the Standard Inspection service to confirm the item’s appearance.
4. New Value-Added Service: “Remove Product Packaging”
To meet your needs for reducing package weight or saving on shipping costs, we’ve added the “Remove Product Packaging” option. You can purchase this service at checkout, and we’ll carefully remove the original outer box or packaging—without damaging the product itself—to minimize both volume and weight.
