I. Freight Calculation Rules
- Shipping fees are not calculated based on the net weight or unpackaged dimensions of the goods. Instead, the estimated shipping cost is calculated comprehensively based on the actual parcel volume and actual gross weight after the goods are packed, reinforced, and boxed.
- The estimated shipping fee displayed on the order page is for reference only. If the goods require additional special packaging such as moisture‑proofing, impact protection, or foam reinforcement, this will add extra volume and weight. The final shipping fee shall be based on the actual measurements taken by the logistics outlet at the time of dispatch, and may reasonably differ from the estimated amount.
- When multiple items are ordered together, they will be consolidated into one or more parcels. The shipping fee will be calculated on the combined total weight and total volume after all items are fully packed. If split delivery is required, the shipping fee for each parcel will be calculated separately, and the specific amount shall be subject to the records in the logistics system at the time of dispatch.
II. Delivery Time Frame Statement
- The "Estimated Delivery Date" shown on the page is only an estimated duration calculated based on regular logistics routes after the parcel leaves the warehouse, and does not constitute a binding commitment by the platform regarding the actual delivery date.
- International cross‑border transportation is subject to multiple uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to: extreme weather (rain, snow, typhoons, route suspensions, etc.), customs inspections and clearance procedure adjustments, changes in import/export policies, port controls, overflow at cross‑border transfer warehouses, flight/vessel delays, and insufficient capacity for last‑mile delivery. All of the above may result in extended delivery times or temporary changes.
- Any deviation in delivery time caused by the above uncontrollable objective factors shall not be deemed a delay in performance by the platform, and the platform shall not be liable for any compensation arising from such delays.
III. Standard for Final Delivery Time Determination
All estimated delivery durations are for reference only. The actual transportation progress and actual delivery time of the order shall be determined solely by the real‑time logistics tracking updates and the official delivery records of the corresponding logistics waybill. Customers may check real‑time transportation status on the official logistics channels using the waybill number.
IV. Additional Information
- If a parcel is delayed due to customs random inspections or policy controls, the seller will assist the customer in coordinating the required customs clearance documents, but cannot intervene in the customs processing progress. The duration of the delay shall be subject to the operational arrangements of the local customs authorities.
