Scope of Inspection for Proxy Service:
1. The inspection includes checking the external appearance of items upon arrival at the JPFinds warehouse. Quality inspectors will examine color, large-area damage, stains, dimensions, model number, and version number. However, discrepancies such as color variation and actual size fall outside the inspection scope.
2. For electronic and digital products, the inspection covers appearance only. It does not include the completeness of accessories or functional/power-on testing. Inspectors will provide arrival photos for you to confirm the product.
3. If you have any questions regarding the inspection results, you can contact after-sales service.
Please Note:
1. Color differences, size tolerances, performance effects, etc., are not covered for these special categories. Electronic/digital products are considered special items; quality inspectors only check their appearance and do not perform power-on tests.
2. If certain information cannot be verified (e.g., no obvious damage or stains), it will be assumed that you have reached an agreement with the merchant.
3. If an item is found upon receipt at the warehouse to not meet shipping conditions, the order will be specially marked to alert you to discuss return services.
